Since taking Office
- NO 2026 Tax Increase.
- Continue to work towards a central sewer solution for our commercial and residential properties.
- Established new signage and speed limits on East Dorsey Lane and Creek Road for enhanced pedestrian and vehicular safety.
- Implemented new efficiencies by combining the Building and Zoning Departments for "one stop shopping".
- Doubled down on fund balance and "rainy day" account for tax stabilization.
- Maintained excellent Bond Rating for best interest rates on our loan obligations.
- Improved recreational and open space for our constituents through park renovations.
- Working towards a new Moose Lodge and Senior Center for our aging citizens.
- Honoring our Combat Veterans through the Home Town Heroes Project and Veterans Advisory Committee.
- Seeking Grant for the Fallkill Creek Solutions with design phase completed.
- Developing pedestrian and vehicle solutions to the Farm Lane left-hand turn problem.
- Completing final sewer district cost calculations for presentation to the public.
- Demolition of 563 N. Quaker to be awarded at no cost to the Town.
- Joining the NYS “Pro-Housing” for available grants.
- Researching grant opportunities to review and update the Town Comprehensive Plan.
- Member of Dutchess County Transit Committee (DCTC) to advance roadway safety.
- Working on combining building department and zoning to improve the permitting process.
